Our Incy Wincy room is for our under 2's. 

 

We have a  large play room including a separate sleep room, which forms a part of the main room to allow supervision of those children who are sleeping. 

 

We provide all cot bedding and blankets, these are stored in children's individual sleep bags to avoid cross contamination and are washed on rotation.

 

We ask parents to provide any comforters children have at home including dummies, a special blanket or teddy.

During the nursery day there are lots of fun and exciting activities to support your child's learning and development. Our staff are highly skilled and trained to support baby development and are always on hand to offer help, advice or support.

​

We also have lots of opportunities for opur younger children to enjoy our outdoor leaning environment, spending time in our nursery garden or growing garden as well as outings using our nursery pushchairs, to visit the local area and attractions. We have previously visited baby sensory play, Herbert Art Gallery creative classes, soft play area's and the local park and Community Library.

 

We believe it is important all children get the opportunity to explore the wider community, as an important part of their development.

We gather lots of information during settling in sessions, especially regarding any specific care routines, meal times, food preparation and weaning as well as sleep times. 

​

There is always an opportunity to speak to your child's key person or another member of staff following our open door policy.
